What it Costs
In the unlikely event that you choose not to continue using the InventoriesRusTM service after your FREE trial has ended, you will not have incurred any costs.
The Subscription Fee covers unlimited use of the InventoriesRusTM facility during the course of 12-months, meaning that, provided the maximum number of Inventories in your Private Library does not exceed your declared status (i.e. if you have registered with up to 50 properties), then you can produce as many Inventories or Check-Out reports as you require and there is no limit to the number of Inventory amendments you can make. Landlords with in excess of 50 properties and Agents managing in excess of 100 properties have completely unlimited access and can produce as many inventories as they wish. Agents with more than one branch must register and pay for each branch separately. Commercial inventory agents should contact us for prices.
Payment arrangements
You can pay us via PayPal (online). If you prefer to receive an invoice and to pay by cheque or BACS, please email info@inventoriesrus.co.uk advising that you wish to Subscribe and we will email you an invoice which you can pay within 14-days.

- At the end of your FREE trial, if you wish to continue using InventoriesRusTM, you simply need to click the "Pay Subscription" link on your Main Menu (Private Library) page or email us.
- If the number of Inventories you produce exceeds your declared status at registration (i.e. you produce 15 Inventories, but have subscribed as a landlord with up to 10 properties) then we reserve the right to invoice you for the additional fee to take you to the next subscription status. If you do not pay this excess fee within 30-days, your account will be suspended until payment is made.
